Started out in 1983 by Casio Engineer Kikuo Ibe with the idea of “creating a watch that never breaks”. He engineered a watch that would resist impact, as well as perform in high water pressure, thus coining the name G-SHOCK. Years later it has become a household name in watches that pushes the limits.
Casio watches have been a streetwear staple for years, and this specific G-Shock line were built to survive everything from mechanical shocks to gravitational forces; nearly every time piece that they produce is a thing of beauty and it’s never changed.
Go metal-clad with a gold-on-black G-SHOCK in a smaller, more compact profile. Finished with luxurious gold coloured ion plating, the metal bezel adds an elegant finish that’s hard to beat. Buttons and buckle, also gold ion-plated, are set against a black background for a contrast that makes the metal truly shine. Still 200M water resistant with functions such as World Time, Stopwatch and a Timer.
